The Debut of the Extreme Superstar Diary!
Hello loyal Extremists, and welcome to the first entry into the Extreme Superstar Diary. For those of you who don't know who I am (shame on you!)I'm Extreme Superstar, the wrestling sensation from the EGWF and the TWF. In the EGWF, Ohio's premiere wrestling organization I have had many accomplishments such as being the first inductee into the EGWF Hall of Fame as well as the company's first World, G.A.C., European, and one half of the Tag champions along side fellow wrestling legend User Friendly. In the TWF I dominated all under the name Mo Styles and held every single belt the company had several time over. Since this is the debut of this diary, I would like to give you an idea of what will be posted here. Basically everything is fair game, if you have something you want me to cover, post it and I'll talk about it. Now, you know about my career, it's now time for a little personal info. While my website: HTTP://EXSTAR507.TRIPOD.COM(VISIT NOW!) has covered some of this material I want to give any new readers a good primer on the man that is Extreme Superstar. It all started on May 4th 1985 on the beautiful island of Key West Florida where at 6:28pm Extreme Superstar was born. Real name Roberto Anthony Berrios soon migrated to Daytona Beach Florida where he would stay until 1991. Since breathed his first breath he was enamored with professional wrestling, it was in Daytona Beach where he attended his first live event at the Ocean Center. There he saw his hero, the great Hulk Hogan do battle with the Big Boss Man in a steel cage. The moment Hulk stepped out from behind the curtain is forever burned into his mind, strengthening his love of the wrestling business. Nobody was more excited when Hulk made his escape from the cage and to the floor for the victory than the young man jumping on his chair, going crazy for his idol, Extreme Superstar. He points to this night as the moment he realized what course his life would take, all roads leading to pro wrestling. Growing up he played with nothing but WWF action Figures and watch WWF televison when most kids were playing with friends and watching cartoons. When he did move in 1991, it was to Perry Ohio, quite the change from the sun soaked Florida beach community he knew as home. Just in time for first grade, he began his new life in Ohio, which was more difficult than expected. A week before school started he was involved in an accident while swimming in the pool, messing up his face rather badly. No bones were broken or was any permanent damage done, but what little kid wanted to be around some dude with a mangled face? So it was off to a bad start for the young Extreme, but there were other problems he had to endure in his new environment. Unlike the more culturally mixed Florida most kids in Ohio had never known anyone of Puerto Rican descent such as Extreme, and they didn't seem to understand his love of wrestling , all of these things led to Extreme getting in fights virtually everyday. But don't worry, there were things his tormentors didn't know, NEVER mess with the kid who watches wrestling as he will hand you your ass, especially after you've insulted Hulk Hogan, and Extreme has an incredibly bad temper when he gets pissed off , and was actually kicked out of Karate for beating the holy hell out of some older kids picking on him. Sure nowadays he keeps a good handle on it, but he might just turn green and flip over cars if you make him angry enough. Around 1993 he was forced to move again, this time to Wicklife Ohio where he went to school for a year before moving back. When he returned to Perry, things were much better aside from some scuffles every once and a while, he actually began to fit in as well. Admittedly, he was never all that popular, but he never wanted that and was (and still is) quite shy, however he kept a circle of a few friends but was mostly a loner. It was after his return to Perry though the Teachers really seemed on his case, before a few recess aides had it out for him and he used his wit to fight back , usually landing him in the principal's office. Extreme has never been one to let anyone give him crap, no matter who they are, and teachers especially. Teachers really got some pleasure out of trying to humiliate him in front of the class, but on every occasion he fired right back despite getting in plenty of trouble for it. Around this time he met the guys he'd eventually join in creating the EGWF, who understood what he was doing, because to some kids he was a trouble maker, others saw that he was being treated unfair for whatever reason, and of course the teachers hated him. Along with fellow EGWF Hall of Famer, User Friendly Extreme fought back against the teachers who saw him as an enemy. It's only fair to point out not all teachers were mean, but those who were didn't know just who they were dealing with. Two teachers in particular tried to make life difficult for Extreme, Mrs. Lingenfelter, an English teacher and Mrs. Shetler, a Math teacher, and Extreme's arch nemesis. Lingenfelter was just so annoying and constantly singled out both User and Extreme, so much that her class was fun, not just for those two, but everyone in the room. Shetler, was a flat out bitch, sorry there's just no other way to say it, and boy do I have stories, which I'll now share. More so than Lingenfelter, she LOVED to try and embarrass Extreme, you'd think that was her sole reason for living or something. You must understand , this isn't your normal "I hated my teachers" junk, it was so bad the ENTIRE class sensed she despised me. We've covered how Extreme feels about these types of people and he would take nothing from Mrs. Hitler, as she was known. It got to such a point that she kicked him out of class to try and get rid of him, when that failed she went so far as to tell the class "Those of you who WANT to learn go on this side and those who DON'T go on this side". Extreme, as well as most of the class took the second option, further getting under her skin. The arrangement didn't last, probably because she got in trouble so she had only one option left, an all-out assault, where she said everything she could to embarrass Extreme, held in the front of everyone in the class and with the door open. Extreme may have gotten smart before, but he did show restraint, refraining from anything too offensive, but this was the last straw, it was....WAR! Extreme broke character by yelling (he NEVER yells) and unleashed a tirade of epic proportions so utterly bad the entire class was in shock. He bandied about every four letter word in the book with such ferocity that he was shaking and could feel his voice crack and his blood boil. Shetler was TERRIFIED and on the verge of tears as well as trembling with fright. When Extreme got to his breaking point he just stormed out of the room, sure that if Shetler had her way he was going to be expelled. She did try but to no avail, her history of verbal abuse to Extreme was well documented but she did tell them quite a story of how a desk was thrown at her, something that the thirty some witnesses can attest to, never happened. After the fiasco was cleared up, Shetler didn't even look at him for the rest of the year. She became a substitute after retirement (which many feel was brought on by her "defeat" in the epic "Battle of Shetler") and had a few run ins with Extreme, but they were rather tame. I'll stop here as a cliffhanger of sorts, and you can stay tuned for...... PART TWO!!!!!!!!
